Please reach out to us through our website, business email, or Instagram within ONE WEEK of receiving the item, and provide a picture. This way, we can promptly send you a new one or process a refund for you.
- I'm still waiting to receive my order, and the tracking has not been updated.
- Once a package is in the mail, we are no longer responsible for what happens to it. If the tracking hasn't been updated, patience is important. Sometimes, packages aren't scanned, and you won't receive an update until the next location scans it. If it says delivered but hasn't arrived, check with the post office and the address to which you ordered it. If you don't receive it, try filing a claim with your shipping carrier.
